Welcome to a selection of projects from Seven years of evaluation and research practice across international development:

from multi-year developmental evaluations with major foundations, to field-based gender assessments in Southern Africa, market-level studies in India, and climate programme evaluations for global philanthropies.

Each project reflects what I care about most: helping organisations that take evidence seriously move from data to decisions. I work across methods, geographies, and client types, but the through-line is always the same. Whether the work involves outcome harvesting at portfolio scale, a cross-country gender assessment, or facilitating sensemaking with senior leadership, the goal is learning that leads somewhere.

Browse the projects below to get a sense of the range and depth of my work. To protect client confidentiality, case studies are presented at summary level, full outputs are available upon request where permissions allow.

If something resonates, I'd love to hear from you.

Over three years the rubric was refreshed, outcome harvesting standardised 500+ outcomes per programme annually, and sensemaking sessions were co-led with programme teams and senior management. The evidence directly informed the portfolio's strategic pivot from climate to circular economy to just transition.
